With bikini season SO close, and already upon those who are in LA, I wanted to feature a custom workout that targets all the areas that I want to improve on. I mean, I'm not getting any younger..

Super set No 1:
30 seconds with 15 seconds break in between

1. Reverse lunge passing weight under X2

2. Weighted diagonal squat with leg lift X2

3. Burpees

2nd Super set//
30 seconds with 15 seconds break in between

1. Star jump, star superhero

2.Triple touch squats

3. Plank with double lift X2

3rd super set:
30 seconds with 15 second break

1. Four high knees, four kick butts

2. Side skater leg and kick to rear X2

3. Side slide X2
