NY Diet Change?

It's a new year, and even though I hate New Year's Resolutions, I did make some personal diet changes a week ago.

Coffee. I can't live without it. 

BUT, being either sick or brilliant, I decided to cut it out (or drink insanely less of it) for the time being. 
Why? because I'm tired of not being able to sleep. Because it raises the toxin levels in your body. And because I am whitening my teeth and don't want stains. 

Going from drinking 3-4 cups a day to ZERO. It's been tough, but I have alternated the drink with tea.
