Skinny Sat: Christmas Belly

Multiple dinners again, except you have your NYE dress to fit into 5 days later. SEVEN tips on how to survive Christmas dinner!! SUBSCRIBE HERE :)

1. Promise. Make yourself a promise you won't overeat. It's a good idea to go into the game prepared and ready to exert self-discipline. 

2. Wear something tight. Actually proven to prevent you from stuffing your face since you have to watch your bloated tummy all night. ;)

3. Play this or that. Load on spaghetti but leave the muffins. Leave the carbs during dinner and grab dessert. I do this on a daily basis!

4. Grab the carbs but only eat 1/3 or 1/2. That way you get the nibble of taste and still feel good after. 

5. Grab the small plate. Big plates automatically imply that you can load on everything on the table.

6. Limit alcohol. Careful with the alcohol intake with food. Once alcohol hits your system, almost all the food is turned into fat since the body is busy burning off alcohol calories. Hence, why freshmen 15 (or 30) is a thing. EW!! 

7. Keep your NYE dress on your mind. How are you going to feel when you're all sluggy and bloated the day of your New Year's Eve party? Probably not the best you can be. I try to avoid feeling fat on important occasions at all costs.
